أكدت وزارة التجارة أن تسجيل وتجديد وتعديل قيد الوكالات التجارية في المملكة أصبح يتم بالكامل عبر المنصة الإلكترونية، في خطوة تهدف لتسهيل الإجراءات وتعزيز التحول الرقمي في القطاع التجاري.
وتشمل الخدمات الإلكترونية: تسجيل قيد وكالة تجارية، وتجديد القيد، وتعديله، إذ يمكن للمستفيدين الدخول إلى البوابة، اختيار الخدمة، تعبئة البيانات، إرفاق المستندات، سداد الرسوم، والحصول على الشهادة إلكترونياً فور الموافقة النظامية.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن من أبرز شروط تسجيل الوكالات التجارية أن يكون الوكيل سعودياً، وأن يتوافق نشاط السجل التجاري مع نشاط الوكالة، إضافة إلى وجود عقد وكالة مصدق والتعاقد مباشرة مع الشركة المنتجة.
كما توفر الوزارة خدمة الاستعلام الإلكتروني عن بيانات الوكالات، بما يشمل اسم الوكيل، رقم الوكالة، الرقم الوطني الموحد، حالة الوكالة، واسم الموكل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، لتسهيل متابعة بيانات الوكالات وضمان الشفافية.
The Ministry of Commerce has confirmed that the registration, renewal, and modification of commercial agency records in the Kingdom are now fully conducted through the electronic platform, in a move aimed at facilitating procedures and enhancing digital transformation in the commercial sector.
The electronic services include: registering a commercial agency, renewing the record, and modifying it. Beneficiaries can access the portal, select the service, fill in the data, attach the documents, pay the fees, and receive the certificate electronically as soon as the legal approval is granted.
The ministry clarified that one of the main conditions for registering commercial agencies is that the agent must be Saudi, and that the activity of the commercial register must align with the activity of the agency, in addition to having a certified agency contract and contracting directly with the producing company.
The ministry also provides an electronic inquiry service about agency data, which includes the name of the agent, agency number, unified national number, agency status, and the name of the principal in both Arabic and English, to facilitate the tracking of agency data and ensure transparency.
