أعلنت شركة سليمان الراجحي العقارية عن إطلاق وتفقد مجموعة من المشاريع العقارية التابعة لمنظومة وقف الشيخ سليمان الراجحي في مدينة مكة المكرمة، بإجمالي استثمارات تتجاوز ثمانية مليارات ريال، شملت مشاريع تجارية وسكنية ومشاريع ضيافة، وأراضي إستراتيجية. وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار التزام الشركة بدعم وتنمية القطاع العقاري في المملكة وتعزيز جودة الحياة في أقدس بقاع الأرض.
وجاء الإعلان عن هذه المشاريع ضمن جولة ميدانية شارك فيها المهندس صالح الرشيد الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة الملكية لمدينة مكة المكرمة والمشاعر المقدسة، وإحسان بافقيه رئيس مجلس مديري شركة سليمان بن عبدالعزيز الراجحي القابضة، وهيثم الفايز رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة سليمان الراجحي العقارية والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة سليمان الراجحي القابضة، ومعاذ المخضوب العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة سليمان الراجحي العقارية، والمهندس أنس منصور عبادي الرئيس التنفيذي للعقارات بشركة سليمان الراجحي القابضة وممثل وقف سليمان الراجحي وأعضاء مجلس مديري الشركة القابضة والعقارية والفريق التنفيذي.
وقد شملت الجولة إطلاق مشروع «تلال تاورز» بقيمة استثمارية تبلغ ملياري ريال، ويضم أكثر من 2500 غرفة فندقية، في إطار تطوير مشاريع ضيافة كبرى داخل العاصمة المقدسة. ويُعد المشروع أحد أكبر مكونات هذه الحزمة الاستثمارية المعلنة والتي تهدف لتعزيز الحضور في قطاع الضيافة.
كما تضمنت الجولة زيارة مشروع «تلال فليج» الذي تبلغ قيمته الاستثمارية 2.8 مليار ريال، وهو أحد أهم المشاريع النوعية البارزة ضمن منظومة الضيافة الفندقية في مكة المكرمة.
وشملت الزيارة كذلك تفقد العمائر السكنية داخل تلال فيلج، والتي تضم 828 وحدة سكنية بقيمة استثمارية تبلغ 800 مليون ريال. وقام الوفد بتفقد المستشفى المختص، وسكن المجمع الطبي والساحات المكتبية والتجارية ضمن مشروع تلال فليج.
وخلال الجولة تم توقيع عقد مشروع «الراجحي سنتر» بقيمة 250 مليون ريال، وذلك ضمن خطة تأهيل شاملة للمركز.
كما تضمنت الجولة تفقد أرض مشروع «العكيشية» بمكة المكرمة، والتي تمتد على مساحة أربعة ملايين متر مربع، وكذلك أرض مشروع «الغزاوي» بمكة المكرمة والتي تبلغ قيمتها 250 مليون ريال.
واختتمت الجولة بأداء الصلاة في جامع عائشة الراجحي -رحمها الله- والذي يُعد ثاني أكبر جامع بعد الحرم المكي الشريف في مكة المكرمة، ويتسع لنحو خمسين ألف مصلٍ.
وتعكس هذه الزيارة تأكيداً لأهمية هذه الاستثمارات التي تمثل توجهاً واضحاً لتعزيز إدارة أصول المنظومة الوقفية وفق منهج استثماري يقوم على تنويع الاستثمارات العقارية، وإعادة تطوير الأصول القائمة، والتوسع في الأراضي الإستراتيجية، بما يواكب مستهدفات التنمية في منطقة مكة المكرمة ويتماشى مع رؤية المملكة 2030.

Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Real Estate Company announced the launch and inspection of a group of real estate projects affiliated with the Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Endowment system in the holy city of Mecca, with total investments exceeding eight billion riyals. These projects included commercial, residential, and hospitality projects, as well as strategic lands. This step comes as part of the company’s commitment to supporting and developing the real estate sector in the Kingdom and enhancing the quality of life in the holiest places on earth.
The announcement of these projects came during a field tour that included Engineer Saleh Al-Rasheed, CEO of the Royal Commission for the City of Mecca and the Holy Sites, Ihsan Ba-Faqih, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi Holding Company, Haitham Al-Faiz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Real Estate Company and CEO of Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Holding Company, Muath Al-Mukhthoub, Executive Member and CEO of Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Real Estate Company, Engineer Anas Mansour Abadi, CEO of Real Estate at Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Holding Company and representative of the Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Endowment, as well as members of the Board of Directors of the holding and real estate companies and the executive team.
The tour included the launch of the “Towers of Hills” project with an investment value of two billion riyals, which comprises more than 2,500 hotel rooms, as part of the development of major hospitality projects within the holy capital. This project is considered one of the largest components of this announced investment package, which aims to enhance the presence in the hospitality sector.
The tour also included a visit to the “Hills of Faleej” project, which has an investment value of 2.8 billion riyals and is one of the most prominent quality projects within the hotel hospitality system in Mecca.
The visit also included inspecting the residential buildings within the Hills of Faleej, which consist of 828 residential units with an investment value of 800 million riyals. The delegation inspected the specialized hospital, the medical complex housing, and the office and commercial areas within the Hills of Faleej project.
During the tour, a contract was signed for the “Al-Rajhi Center” project valued at 250 million riyals, as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation plan for the center.
The tour also included inspecting the land for the “Al-Akeeshiah” project in Mecca, which spans an area of four million square meters, as well as the land for the “Al-Ghazawi” project in Mecca, which is valued at 250 million riyals.
The tour concluded with a prayer at the Aisha Al-Rajhi Mosque – may Allah have mercy on her – which is considered the second largest mosque after the Grand Mosque in Mecca, accommodating around fifty thousand worshippers.
This visit reflects a confirmation of the importance of these investments, which represent a clear direction to enhance the management of the endowment assets according to an investment approach based on diversifying real estate investments, redeveloping existing assets, and expanding into strategic lands, in line with the development targets in the Mecca region and in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
